Today I awoke by the knock on my door. I changed and headed to breakfast. After breakfast I headed to my first class coal. In coal you learn all about coal in a classroom. After you lesson you head to an old abandoned mine. At the mine you can find Huge pieces of coal that had been left behind. After visiting the coal mine we headed to the site of a mountain top removal. At the top of the mountain you can see a ton of valley fill from the top of the mountain. Then it was back to the classroom. When the class finished we headed To lunch.
After lunch We had some flex time. During the soccer game i scored a goal. After flex time we had the Eco hike. In the eco hike you climb to the top of the mountain. At the top the view is amazing except the view of all the landfill. After taking a few pictures we headed down. We arrived just in time for square dancing.We danced for about an hour then headed in for diner. After dinner we went back to the dorm and got ready for bed. Then we sang songs until it was time for bed.

Pine Mountain Day 2
After a great nights sleep I woke up early and headed to my writing spot. The theme today was colors of our surroundings. After writing in our journal we headed to breakfast. For breakfast we had pancakes. These pancakes were some of the best pancakes that I have ever tasted. After breakfast we had a little flex to play soccer. When flex time was over we had our first class of the trip. My first class was cabin. In cabin you learn about the life of the settlers in there cabin and how hard it was to survive. You also learn how shingles used to be made.
After our first class it was time for lunch. After we finished eating we went to our second class plants. In plants you learn about different plants and there uses. You also pick wild flowers that you cook and eat. The flowers I ate I did not like, but my classmates loved them. Then we all received little pieces of paper that had the names of disease on them. We had to fine the cure for that disease that was located somewhere in the shop. After class was let out we had a large flex time and another soccer game. An hour later we headed in for dinner. After dinner we headed back to the cabin to bed.

Pine mountain Day 1
Today I had to wake up at 6:30 in order to catch the bus. I put on my clothes and ate breakfast. Before heading out the door I brushed my teeth and grabbed my bag. We arrived at school just before the bus pulled out. I hurried onto the bus and sat down next to Garret. For the beginning of the bus ride I talked to garret. Until we took a bathroom break and Mr willheilmi changed to are bus. For the next 30 minutes we listened to bird calls. Later on in the ride we arrived at an old hospital. We heard about the founder and how it was made then it was back to the gym.
For the rest of the bus ride I played cards and talked with my friends. When we arriver at pine mountain we had to carry our bags to our rooms. When we entered our rooms we met are roommates. My roommate happened to be Donovan. After getting settled we went outside for a hour of free time. Once outside a huge soccer game started and even the teachers got involved.After an hour of intense soccer we headed inside to eat dinner. After dinner we headed back to the cabin to get ready for bed. Once everyone was ready we headed to the living to sing songs until bedtime.

Coming Home
Today we had to wake early in order to catch the plane. I packed my bag and ate a bagel. After I was finished eating I brushed my teeth and headed to my friends room. When I entered they had the highlight reel of the national championship. We watched T.V. for about an hour until are parents were ready. After my friends parents were ready we headed to the lobby to wait. We waited 15 minutes before my parents arrived. We jumped in the rental car and headed to the airport. 30 Minutes later we arrived at the airport.
We went through security fairly quickly. We met problems at the main gate because our plan was delayed. After an hour of waiting we finally boarded the plane. We sat down and grabbed a pair of headphones for the inflight movie. The movie started after the flight crew had gone over all the safety features. The inflight movie was some romantic comedy. So my friends and I decided to just play cards. When we landed we got in are car and headed home. when I got home i went inside packed my bag for pine mountain. After I packed i at diner and went to bed.

The Final day
Today, when we awoke we put on the last clean suits we had. Grabbed a bagel and headed out the door to the water park. We arrived at the water park fairly early to find the water park deserted. We quickly began are way to the fish tank slide. This slide was located on the power tower. The power tower is a huge tower that has multiple slides on each level. The aquarium slide is located on the second level. The slide goes off the tower and into an underground cave tat has been turned into an aquarium. The aquarium has 4 windows. In each window there are different types of fish.
After doing a ton of laps on that slide. We could see the crowed going and headed to the racing slides. Again I one every time except once when my sister beat me by .5 seconds. After a few more races the water park began to fill up. We were forced to float down the lazy river.A few hours later everyone began to head back to there hotel rooms. But they didn't realize that due to extra sun light the park was open an extra hour. We did lap after lap on the leap of faith which up until this point we went down only twice. We stayed in the water park until they kicked us out. On our way back to the hotel room we all realized that that was the best day of the whole trip.

Spring Break Day 5
Today we were awaken fairly early around 9:00am. Half awake we put on our suits. When everyone was ready we headed out the door. When we arrived at the lobby we bought a bagel and waited for our tour guides. About 15 minutes later we met our guides. Our guides were tall and loved to crack jokes. after telling us what to expect once we were in the tank we received our wet suits. After another 15 minutes struggling to put the suit on we headed down the steps and into the large tank. The water was very cold even when wearing wet suits.
I dipped my head under the water to see a huge city of fish. I saw Huge sharks and small schools of fish. I touched the skin of the Huge manta rays skin. Our guides dove to the bottom of the tank and picked up some of the sharks non fertilized eggs. After he grabbed the eggs he woke the shark that began to circle us. After about 3 minutes the shark lost interest and left but I still kept an eye on it. I dove down and tapped on the glass of the walk through tunnel that look into the tank. Most people waved, some even took pictures. After an hour we headed back up the ladder and out of the tank. We turned in our wet suits and headed to the water park.

Spring Break Day 4
I awoke late in the morning around 11:30 to find both of are families getting ready to head to the water park. I quickly changed into my suit and headed out. On our way to the water park we walked through a walk through aquarium that took ten minutes to walk through. Before we reached the end of the aquarium we met an employe. The employe handed us a brochure that told us that to morrow the were going to take people into the tank for a tour. We thanked the employe and headed off to the front desk. When we arrived at the desk there was already a small line building. When we finally arrived at the front desk we were able to reserve the last spot in the tank.We all became very excited about swimming with huge fish. But it quickly became aware we had a day to kill.
We headed back to the water park talking about how much fun tomorrow would bring. The first slide we went down was connected to the leap of faith so no one paid much attention to it. The slides were side by side with a huge drop. At the bottom of the slide there were timers that would show who was a faster racer. For the first couple races i was beating my friends every time. After 15 laps on the slide it was clear that I could not be defeated. My friend Realized that today was just my day and decided to take a lap on the lazy river. After a full day at the water park we stumbled back to are rooms exhausted. when the door opened i crashed on the couch and fell asleep.

Spring Break Day 3
Today I was awoken By Brad and Austin. They wanted to finish watching saw 4. After We went to a restaurant and ordered breakfast at the market place. After breakfast we changed ten took one run off the leap of faith. Unfortunately the line became to too long so we set off towards the aquatic slide. The aquatic slide is a slide that is hidden at the very edge of the water park. The special thing about this slide is that it goes through a fish tank and comes out in a cave surrounded by fish tanks. The leap of faith is the most famous slide at the atlantis. You start off in a vertical dive into a shark tank. The fun thing about this slide is that you don't come out of your dive until the last second.
We ended up leaving the water park early due to the large number of people visiting from the cruise ship that had just arrived. Our parents recommend the arcade until the crowds died down. We each spent ten dollars but quickly ran out of money. The first thing that came to our minds was too play a trick on the people getting on and off cruises. I would walk into a large crowed of people and trip. The trick was to catch yourself an inch of the ground. This would create the affect and sound of my head hitting the floor. After the trap was set we left the rest in peoples hands. Every reaction was better than the last!
P.S after 1 minute no one cared
We ended up leaving the water park early due to the large number of people visiting from the cruise ship that had just arrived. Our parents recommend the arcade until the crowds died down. We each spent ten dollars but quickly ran out of money. The first thing that came to our minds was too play a trick on the people getting on and off cruises. I would walk into a large crowed of people and trip. The trick was to catch yourself an inch of the ground. This would create the affect and sound of my head hitting the floor. After the trap was set we left the rest in peoples hands. Every reaction was better than the last!

We grabbed a bagel and headed down to the water park. The line were not long but not short so we decided to take a trip down the lazy river. The river starts with two sets of rapids that last about a minute. Then it flows into a wave pool that has enough force to flip your tube. After riding the waves you must ride up a conveyor that carries your tube through a cave. At the end of the cave there is a split in the river. One way leads to a water slide and the other path is just a bunch of rapids.
If you went Towards the slides you would run into a bunch of traffic. This made makes it easier to ride the rapids down to back to the start of the lazy river. If you ride down the entire lazy river it would take you about 30 minutes. After a few laps on the lazy river it was time to head back to the hotel. We changed into our nice clothes. After waiting an hour watching T.V we headed to diner. The restaurant we were going to was the Mesa grill. The Mesa grill has the best steak in the Bahamas. Today I awoke to the sound of my frantic voice. "we are going to miss the plane". I hurried down my ladder of my bunk bead and noticed that my friend Brad was still sleeping. I grabbed his arm and pulled him out of bed in one swift motion. After arriving at the airport we met up with the rest of my friends family. For most of flight I played cards or watched the in flight movie With Brad and his Brother Austin. After the flight landed we had to wait three hours to go through customs. After they went through customs we headed to the Atlantis. When we arrived we saw 2 stars leaving from the Atlantis. When we went inside our room was waiting for us. We took the elevator up and arrived at are room.
We stuck the key card in the door and heard a slight click and the door slid open. We entered the door and stood in awe at the size of the hotel room. We explored our hotel room for about an hour. After walking through the hotel room we changed and headed to the pool. I took a couple laps in the lazy river then swam in the ocean. After 2 hours in the pool and the ocean we changed for diner. When everyone had changed we headed to diner at a place called Nabu. Nabu is located in the casino and is known for its amazing Sushi.We asked the waiter to bring us random dishes to share. After the amazing diner we headed to are hotel room.
